Obituary for Jorden Michael Leeper

Jorden M. Leeper, 18, of Woolstock, died February 2, 2015 in a one car accident north of Webster City on White Fox Road. A Service of Remembrance will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Asbury United Methodist Church. Burial will follow service at Cass Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Foster Funeral & Cremation Center. As per request of the family, casual attire is preferred. Jorden Michael Leeper, son of Chad and Tara Tate Leeper, was born January 12, 1997 at Ames. He is a member of the Junior Class at Webster City High School. He had worked at Fuller Hall, the outdoor pool, K.Q.W.C. and Monsanto Detasselling (John Seiser Crew). Jorden is survived by his parents; siblings, Bradley Tate (Taylor Thome) of Ames; Reid Leeper and Tatumn Leeper, both of Woolstock; Austin Gayle of Webster City; niece, Ava Tate of Ames; grandparents, Roy and Marlene Leeper, Laurie Tate (Brian Keeling), all of Webster City; Raymond Tate of Franklington, NC; uncles, Mark Leeper of Webster City; Jason (Tessa) Keeling of Des Moines; Michael (Amber) Tate of Afton; Gabrielle Tate of Franklington, NC; great-grandmothers, Joyce Odegaard, Delores Tate, and Shirley Spralding all of Webster City; many cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles, and friends. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Marion and Shirley Leeper; Ruth and Bill Malaise; Clifford Odegaard and Tom Tate. Jorden was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. He was attending dual credit classes at I.C.C.C., was involved in football, track, baseball, coached flag football and basketball, taught private swimming lessons and was a wonderful babysitter. Memorials may be made to Fuller Hall in memory of Jorden to be used for underprivileged kids that want to participate in athletic programs.
