Condolence: Kristi- Forty years ago, I stopped by your house every weekday for three years. Too much sun and heat, too much rain, too much snow and cold, or a great weathered day to deliver their newspaper. I usually saw Mildred, frequently Bob, and always your little dog. Returning every two weeks to collect payment. A great couple then, together again now. Godspeed Bob Pringle.

Condolence From: Darlene
Condolence: Bob was my neighbor. He would sit in his lawn chair in his garage and enjoy all the nature around him in the neighborhood. After walking my dog I would pull up a chair and sit and talk about all the news I knew and he would share the news he knew. Sometimes neither of us had much news! He liked to feed Riley a treat so she knew it would be a good time at Bob's when we went over. Bob enjoyed baking and liked to share some of his treats with me. He also enjoyed keeping his yard in shape and mowing and enjoying the flowers and birds. We each loved rhubarb pie and he gave me his recipe. It is a great recipe and I will treasure it. We both had rhubarb plants and I sometimes shared mine with him after his had been completely used up. There were a couple times before he went to the nursing home that I had to pick him up after he fell. Once in his driveway and once in my flower bed. His spirit was strong but the body was weak. We reminisced about a lot of Webster City history and talked about the furniture stores, especially about the fire because my grandparents, the Normans, lived there when it burned and lost everything. Sometimes his dog, Coco, would get loose and if I saw him I would try to catch him. That was a real trick. Coco had the knack of keeping just ahead of me and if I grabbed for him, would speed up. Even though Coco was pretty old, he pranced around like a younger dog. Bob really missed Coco when he died, but now Coco is sitting in Bob's lap and they are both happy and healthy. It's just not going to be the same around here anymore. Neighbor Darlene

Condolence From: lynda Ryder
Condolence: I met Bob at Windsor Manor he was such a fun person to be around. His daughter Kristi has a Beauty Shop there and he really liked it when she took him to the dinning room to eat when she wasn't busy and eat with him if she had time. I enjoyed Bob alot and we visited when I had time. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
