Mr. Pringle's wishes were to be cremated with a private graveside memorial service to be held at a later date. Arrangements were made with the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Forrest Robert Pringle, son of Robert and Pearl McCloskey Pringle, was born October 22, 1916 in Webster City. He graduated from Webster City Lincoln High in 1937. He then owned and operated Pringle Furniture until his retirement in 1985. On September 15, 1946, he married Mildred Maxine Black in Boone. They were married for 63 years before she passed away in 2009. Following retirement, Bob and Millie enjoyed the winter months in Mercedes, TX for 16 years. Bob also enjoyed fishing with friends, playing cards, morning coffee at HyVee, Iowa football and baking cinnamon rolls.
