Obituary for Rose Marie Deakman

Rose Deakman, 72, of Webster City, died Monday, October 27, 2014 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be held at a later date. Rose Marie Deakman, daughter of DeVon and Fern Arnold Deakman was born March 29, 1942 in Webster City. She graduated from Webster City High School. She worked many years at Electrolux before retiring. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Kay Deakman of Cochise, AZ; nephew; Cody (Cathy) Deakman of Stratford; niece, Cally Deakman of Cochise, AZ; special friend, Richard Irelan of Webster City and many friends. Rose was preceded in death by her parents. She was a member of the First Congregational Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family.
