The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rilla Brown can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to your family over the loss of your mother, Rilla. I have so many fond memories of growing up as neighbors with you all on First Street. Seems like only yesterday. May God Bless and comfort you.

Condolence: Rilla will be missed dearly. I enjoyed taking care of her at the nursing home. She enjoyed going out to the courtyard and pulling "weeds". Although they really weren't weeds, and actually decorative grasses, no one had the heart to tell her because she enjoyed it so much.

Condolence: Rilla was a sweet woman that I knew from the nursing home. She had also shared a hopital room with my grandmother,Mildred Olson, who is also from Iowa, as am I. If I had known she was from Webster City, we could have swapped family stories.
