Condolence: I first met Rich when I employed Virginia at Godfather"s Pizza. I have never meet a more kind or considerate man. Over the years I have gotten to know him pretty well. He loved his children and grandchildren with all his heart. The world has lost an amazing man but I know that he is healthy and happy now with his beloved Ginny. I love you Rich (Dad) and will miss you!

Condolence: As a child growing up in Webster City uncle Richard was someone I always looked forward to visiting. After we moved to California in 1957 I did not get to see him very often. The last time was when he and uncle Claude came to a McAlister family reunion a couple of years ago. May God bless his family at this time. Loran McAlister Jr, (Bub)

Condolence: Willson Family, Uncle Rich will be missed by so many. I have many fond memories of him and the whole Willson family from our trips to Iowa. I loved his quiet personality and the twinkle in his eye when he smiled. The picture in the obit looks alot like my Dad. I love our Willson family a lot and it is scary that we are down to two uncles. I hope they will be around quite awhile yet. My prayers are with all of you. Love Gale (Willson) and Ken Welch
