Condolence: My thoughts and prayers to Lois' family. She and I were classmates and have fond memories of walking back and forth between Lincoln High and Washington Central for various classes. The joke was she was not very tall and I was. She was a lovely lady.and will be missed by many friends, family and classmates. Phyllis Short Richardson

Condolence: Diana, Denise, and Darwin, So sorry to read of the passing of your mother. She was a wonderful person, a great neighbor, and, I'm sure, a terrific mother. Most of us don't realize until we're much older who impacted us most in our youth. Your parents had that positive force on me as I grew. I feel very lucky to have been raised in such a wonderful farming community along with you. I hope this note gives you some comfort at this time. Best regards, John (Mickey) Mikel
