Obituary for Kenneth Owen Root

Kenneth O. Root, 88, of Webster City, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Van Diest Medical Center. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, with Rev. Michael Slininger officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Burial will be at a later date at the Lakeview Garden Cemetery, Spirit Lake.
