Obituary for Edward Jacob Clabaugh Jr.

Edward Jacob Clabaugh, Jr., son of Edward and Nina Crow Clabaugh was born on January 26, 1942 in Webster City. He received his education from the Webster City Community Schools. On February 16, 1996, he married Thelma Jean Long in Webster City. Edward worked for many years for his father who owned and Operated Ed's plumbing. He had also been employed at Webster City Custom Meats and Southfield Wellness Community where he had worked in the maintenance department. In addition to his wife Thelma, he is survived by his sons, Rod (C.J. Mingus) Clabaugh, Rusti (Jodi) Clabaugh, Ricky (Stacy Jewell) Clabaugh all of Webster City; daughter, Mandy (Greg) Hughes of rural Dayton; stepdaughter, Tammy (Robert Anderson) Sundine of Fort Dodge; stepson, Travis (Jody) Sandahl of Rockwell City; 15 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter. Ed is also survived by his mother, Nina Clabaugh of Webster City; sisters, Mae (Art) Tolle of Webster City, Mary (Al) Wise of Missouri, Edna Hartnett of Webster City; brother-in-law, Bernard (Esther) Long of Webster City; sisters-in-law, Annabelle Fuller of Webster City, Peggy (Edd) Russell of North Carolina, Sharon (Alan) Watts of Ellsworth, Pam (Wayne) Hibbs of Dayton, and Sandy (Calvin) Gordon of Kamrar. Mr. Clabaugh was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Dale Clabaugh, his father, Edward Clabaugh Sr.; brother-in-law, Tom Hartnett and nephew, Mark Tolle.
