Condolence From: Donald Bennett
Condolence: Mr. Ruhl was my bus driver and my family lived just two houses down from the family of his son David. I recall Mr. Ruhl sharing stories of life on the chicken farm in Arkansas when he would return to Webster City for a visit. My condolences to his family.
