Wanda M. Rosine, 80, of Webster City, died Friday, April 18, 2008 at the Hamilton Hospital at Webster City. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Rev. Travis Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the Eldora Cemetery at Eldora. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, at Webster City, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday. Wanda May Rosine, daughter of Pearl and Leotis Kennedy Wagner, was born August 29, 1927 at Sheffield, Iowa. She received her education at Eldora. On August 21, 1946, she married Arthur Edward Rosine at Eldora. The couple resided at Eldora, Iowa Falls and Webster City. She had been employed at the Ellsworth Hospital at Iowa Falls, Franklin Manufacturing (Electrolux) at Webster City and Webster City Custom Meats. She retired in 1984. The couple continued to reside at Webster City. Mrs. Rosine is survived by her husband, Arthur; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Don Maronn of Webster City; Marjorie and William Steinfeldt of Spring Valley, IL; Valerie and Lyle Smith of Webster City; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Voll of Winterset; brothers, Henry Wagner of Eldora; Kenneth Wagner of Marshalltown; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Rosine in 1953; sister, Dorothy Eilders and brother, Earl Wagner. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
