Toni Segar, 47, of Osage died unexpectedly Monday, September 16, 2024. Private family services will be held at a later time. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is caring for Toni and her family.
Toni Lynn Thompson, daughter of Michael and Carol Ellis Thompson, was born June 19, 1977 in Fort Dodge. She received her education in Webster City, graduating in 1995. In August of 1997, Toni was united in marriage to Scott Segar. To this union two daughters were born – Sydney and Taylor. The couple later divorced. She was currently employed with Faith Lutheran Nursing Home in Osage as a nursing assistant. Toni liked to fish, put puzzles together and spend time with family and Doug’s grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Sydney Segar of Ankeny, Taylor Segar of Webster City; boyfriend, Doug Johanns of Osage; mother, Carol Fisher of Webster City; father, Mike Thompson of Rowan; niece, Avery Newman of Webster City; nephew, Brady Newman of Webster City; aunts, Sheryll Lyons of Webster City, Stacey Woodward of Estherville and uncle, Mike Ellis of Webster City.
Toni was preceded in death by her twin sister, Terri in 2007; stepdad, Rick Fisher; aunt, Diana Strong; maternal and paternal grandparents.
