Todd Koop, aka “Kooper” and “Chicken”, 56, of Webster City passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the University of Iowa Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025 with a sharing of memories at 5:00 p.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
