Terry Biggs

Terry "Biggsy" Eugene Biggs, 73, of Webster City died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Van Diest Medical Center.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial service to honor Terry at Foster Funeral & Cremation Center on Tuesday, July 28th at 2:00 PM. Following the service, guests are invited to share stories, food and drink at the American Legion, 726 2nd St, Webster City from approximately 2:45 PM - 5:00 PM

Terry was the son of Marvin and Betty (Fisher) Biggs, born February 5, 1953 in Webster City. He graduated from Webster City High School in 1971. Terry served in the United States Army from 1974 to 1977.

He is survived by his sons, Tyler (Inness) Biggs of Portland, OR and Jeremy (Stacie) Biggs of Urbandale, and his former wife, Lois Stetson, with whom he shared a lasting friendship and devotion to raising his family.

He is also survived by his grandson, Dylan Nelson; sisters, Judy (Gary) Nieman of Garner, Jane (John) Danger of Alden, Shelly (Larry) Ford of Weatherford, TX, Roxanne (Randy) Moore of Fort Dodge; several nieces and nephews along with many close classmates.

He was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Heather Moore and nephew, Mark Cunningham.

Terry was hard-working, and a proud, loving father. He enjoyed golfing, riding his Harley, and having breakfast with his friends and family, who were treated to constant jokes and affection.
