Ted Wiggins, 85, of Webster City, Iowa died Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.
Raymond Theodore Wiggins, son of Ray and Delores (Lasley) Wiggins, was born August 9, 1939 in Highland Center, Iowa. He graduated in 1957 from Lincoln High in Webster City. He enlisted in the United States Army National Guard in 1956 and served nine years. On June 22, 1958, Ted was united in marriage to Linda Lu Stein in Webster City. He worked for 59 years in the farm equipment industry, retiring in 2000. During his employment with Case International he lived in Wisconsin, Iowa, Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee.
He is survived by his children, Mark (Erin) Wiggins, of Estancia, New Mexico, Michelle Wiggins of Cedar Park, Texas, and Marty (Shonda) Wiggins of Howell, Michigan; grandchildren, Ramon, Sonya, Cody, Garrett, Shelby, Ryan; great-grandchildren, Ramon Jr, and Michael; partner of seven years, Ramona Timm of Webster City and her family; sister, Sandra Short of Laurel, Montana.
Ted was preceded in death by his wife, Linda and his parents.
