Sharon Flaws, 87, of Webster City, died Monday, April 22, 2024 at Grandview Health Care in Washington, Missouri. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center in Webster City. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove.
Sharon Lee Wicks, daughter of Homer and Gladys Trooien Wicks, was born November 1, 1936 in Eagle Grove. She attended schools in Eagle Grove. She was united in marriage on March 8, 1990 to Dean Weldon Flaws in Las Vegas, NV. The couple resided in Webster City. Sharon worked for Frigidaire/WC Products and bartended at Jack and Jeans. She enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her son, Daryl Hanus; grandchildren, Kahm, Erin, Sean and Joshua; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Amelia; Dean’s children and their families; siblings, Camille, Betty and Bob.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Dean; her parents; sons, Dean and David; daughter, DeAnn; great-grandson, Jessie; siblings, Sheila, Lila, Paul and Sue.
