Scott Kloppenborg

Scott Kloppenborg, 62, of Webster City died Monday, July 13, 2026 at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Per Scott’s wishes no services will be held at this time. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with caring for Scott and his family.

Scott Blaine Kloppenborg, son of Blaine and Nancy (Scott) Kloppenborg, was born April 7, 1964 in Iowa. He graduated from Webster City High School in 1982. He served in the United States Marines. He worked for Walmart in Ankeny and later Fort Dodge for over 20 years.

He is survived by his life partner of 23 years, Elisa Gibson of Webster City; their dog, Tuffy and several aunts and uncles.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Julie and aunt, Mary (Herb) Wilson.
