Ruth Brozek

Ruth Brozek, 74 of Kamrar, died Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Van Diest Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 14, 2020 at Community Church of Kamrar. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Foster Funeral & Cremation Center is entrusted with the arrangements.
Ruth Maurine Benson, daughter of Alvin and Ethelyn Hinman Benson, was born December 29, 1945 in Monmouth, IL. She graduated from Clarion High School and attended LaJames College. On June 21, 1992 Ruth was united in marriage to Ronald J. Brozek in Reno, NV. The couple resided in Reno until moving to Kamrar in August 2000.
She is survived by her children, Mark (Dawn) Heiden of Eagle Grove, Rodney (Kim) Heiden of Clarion, Amy (Burton) Pigsley of Kamrar; grandchildren, Morgan, Julie, Taylor, Tristen, Mackenzie, Joshua, Austin, Jordin, Andera, Amanda; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Larry (Debbie) Benson of South Dakota.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; her parents; and grandsons, Adam and Steven.
Ruth was a member of the Community Church of Kamrar. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and putting puzzles together.
