Patrick Croy, 75, of Webster City died Sunday, August 17, 2025. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Friday, August 22, 2025 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
Patrick Harold Croy, son of Harold and Marie Wray Croy, was born September 25, 1949 in Solon. He graduated from Solon High School and served in the United Stated Army from 1970-1973. On March 29, 1974, Patrick was united in marriage to Sandra Jean Hayler. He worked for over 40 years as a foreman for Wick Buildings.
He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa (Justin) Daniels of Duncombe; son, Andy Croy of Webster City; grandchildren, Zane, Brynna & Paitton; brothers, Chris (Michelle) Croy of North Liberty, Jim (Linda) Croy of Solon, Mike Croy of Solon and sisters, Susan (Daryl) Buss of Iowa City, Vicky Croy-Kelso of Texas.
Patrick was preceded in death by his wife Sandra; his parents and brother, Ron Croy.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and collecting baseball cards. Patrick was an avid sports fan and loved to cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears and Cubs along with the New York Yankees.
