Mike Rosalez

Mike Rosalez, 85, of Webster City, passed away from natural causes on Saturday, October 17th, 2020. A brief, masked, socially-distanced visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by inurnment at Calvary Cemetery. Live streaming of the service will be available on the church facebook page - St. Thomas WC. Unfortunately, due to pandemic restrictions, there will be no luncheon afterwards. Mike was born in Fort Dodge on March 8th, 1935 to Mike and Catalina Rosalez. He had eight siblings; Gilbert, Dave, Frank, Louie, Maxine, Mary, Joe and Ramon.
He married Linda Eileen Bateman on June 29th, 1959. Together they had five daughters; Lana (Mike) Hilsabeck, Rene’ (Cam) Barnes, Angie (Rex) Anderson, Jennifer Rosalez and Jinger (Matt) Fergus.
Grandchildren include Nolan, Keenan, Mandy, Andrew, Brett, Allie, Ashley, Avery, Stanley, Aksel, Violet, Oscar, Charlie, Elliott and Madison.
Great grandchildren include Brittany, Courtney, Dash, Dallas, Sawyer, Autumn and Mia.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Catalina Rosalez; brother, Gilbert; sisters, Maxine and Mary and grandsons, Keenan and Avery.
