Marylyn Trees, 82, of Webster City died May 7, 2020 at Lakeview Terrace Senior Living in Boulder City, NV. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery at Clear Lake.
Marylyn Lee Myers, daughter of Donald Myers and Esther Dodson was born January 5, 1938 in Nevada, Iowa. She graduated from Nevada High School. On November 22, 1958 Marylyn was united in marriage to Tim Trees in Ames.
She is survived by her son, David (Eija) Trees of Collepasso, Italy; daughter, Dena Trees of Henderson, NV; grandchildren, Jennifer Trees of Tonawanda, NY; Matthew Trees of Kent, WA; and Maggie Trees of Henderson, NV; great-granddaughter, Addison Maduri; siblings, Karen (Jeff) Larsen of State Center and Pete (Sandy) Dodson of West Des Moines and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marylyn is preceded is death by her husband, Tim; parents; siblings, Howard Myers, Larry Myers, Robert Myers, Bill Dodson, Donna Arnold and cousin, Sally Kennedy.
She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church since 1974.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marylyn’s memory to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson’s Foundation.
