Marian Thormann

Marian Thormann, 92, of Webster City, died Monday, April 19, 2010 at Southfield Wellness Community. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.Saturday at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Linda Bibb officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Marian Ludema Brown, daughter of William and Georgianna Hank Brown, was born December 9, 1917 at Grand View, Iowa. She graduated from Wapello high school. On December 25, 1938, she married Charles Roger Thormann, at Wapello. She was a homemaker. Mr. Thormann died in August of 1979. Marian is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Georgia and Harlo Schneekloth of Columbia, TN; Jayne and Richard Hahne of Webster City; grandchildren, Tammy and Jay Dahlgren; Todd and Tina Finlo; Jill and Gary Hahn; Troy Schneekloth; Holli and Doug Wilson; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
