Marcella Claude

Marcella Claude, 91, of Hayward, WI, died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Water's Edge Care Center in Hayward, WI. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2017 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Marcella Mae Larson, daughter of Elmer and Leile Miller Larson, was born February 2, 1926. She married Leonard Ubben, and to this union four children were born. The couple later divorced. On October 23, 1963 she married Ordean Claude in Omaha, NE and to this union two children were born. Marcella had worked at Brown's Café and A&W before starting her own in home daycare. After Ordean died in 2009, she moved to live with her daughter, Kelly, in Brenham, TX, later moving to Hayward, WI. Marcella is survived her children, Dan (Vicki) Ubben, Marlys Trainer and companion, Steven Rawson, Bruce (Taz) Ubben, Kelly (Chris) Mueller; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; brothers, Dean (Shirley)Larson, and Charles Larson; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ordean Claude; son, Steve Ubben; daughter, Melissa Claude; granddaughters, Angela Boitnott and Amanda Henson; great-grandsons, Shannon Sorenson, Jr and Braeden Boitnott; and nine siblings.
