Lois Jacobson Crawford, 88, of Webster City, died Monday, May 29, 2017 at Windsor Manor. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will follow the services at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Lois Marvel Wells, daughter of George E. and Marvel Vasbinder Wells, was born December 27, 1928 in Reynoldsville, PA. She graduated from Lincoln High in 1946. She married LeRoy Elmer Jacobson on March 21, 1948 in Duncombe. He preceded her in death on January 4, 1995. In 1998 she moved to Tennessee to be near her daughter. In July 2012 she moved back to Webster City, residing at Windsor Manor. Lois is survived her children, Diana "D.J." Baker of Webster City, Denise (John) Allinson of Franklin, TN, Darwin (Phyllis) Jacobson of Woolstock; six grandchildren, Kristine (Ross) Berglund, Travis (Stacy) Wearda, Lindsey (Jeremy) Luttrell, Tyler Baker, Ashton (Justin) Boles, Carly Jacobson; and three great-grandchildren, Alexis Byrne, Chase Berhow and Beckett Luttrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Jacobson; son-in-law, Denny Baker; siblings, Armelia Burnett, George A. Wells, Jean Wells, Norma Jane Lohse, Mavis Hoyt and Maris Wells. She was a past member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was active in the church circle and the Be Neighborly Club.
