LeRoy Thomas Snell, 76, of Duncombe, died Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at his home. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Washington Lutheran Cemetery, south of Duncombe. Luncheon to follow at Duncombe Community Center. LeRoy served in Vietnam as a member of the United States Navy. Funeral arrangements with Foster Funeral & Cremation Center.
