Larry Kunz

Larry L. Kunz, 72, of Webster City, died Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Southfield Wellness Community. A Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Nils Hernandez, celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Jacob's Catholic Cemetery at Graettinger. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Larry Lee Kunz, son of Elmer and Irene Waters Kunz, was born January 7, 1941 at Graettinger. He received his education at Graettinger. In 1960, his family moved to Webster City. He had worked at the Answer Farm, 7B Ranch and had helped various people as an assistant handyman. He is survived by brothers and sisters, Leo Kunz of Lehigh; Leonard (Roberta) Kunz of Iowa City; Charlene Worrick, Roland Kunz, Kay Paulson, Marilyn (Kenneth) Kepler, Beverly (Lark) Asklund, all of Webster City; Allen Kunz of Blairsburg; Elmer (Janice) Kunz of State Center; Alvin (Donna) Kunz of Wallingford; Karen (Joseph) Credit of Fort Dodge; several nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Cynthia Jessen; brothers, Darold Kunz and Harry Dean Kunz, in infancy. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and Friends Forever.
