Keith Nerem

Keith Nerem, 72, of Webster City, died, Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, also known as Lake Lutheran Church Cemetery, south of Renwick. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is in charge of the arrangements.
Keith Douglas Nerem, son of Selmer “Sam” and Bernice Jergensen Nerem, was born December 11, 1946 in Fort Dodge. He graduated from Boone Valley Community High School in Renwick. Keith was in the United States Army for two years serving overseas in Germany. He married Sheryl Elliot on July 27, 1970. She preceded him in death on November 17, 2000. On May 10, 2008 he married Betty Lou Wolff-Satre. He was employed for 26 years at Electrolux.
Keith is survived by his wife Betty of Webster City; siblings, Dennis Nerem of Renwick, Wendie Nerem of Grimes and Scott Nerem of Renwick.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Kamp and his brother-in-law, Vernon Kamp.
Keith was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Renwick. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time on his computer.
