Karen Ambrose

Karen Ambrose, 63, of Webster City, died Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the Foster Chapel, with Rev. Michael Slininger officiating. Visitation will start at 9:00 a.m. until service. Burial will be in the Linwood Park Cemetery at Boone. Karen Ann Todd, daughter of Leon and Patricia Barnard Todd, was born April 19, 1951 at Boone. She received her education in the Boone school system and also graduated from Iowa State University. She was employed at Webster City Custom Meats for 30 years retiring in the fall of 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Gina Ambrose; brother, Kurt Todd of Boone; sister, Karla Sturgill of Salt Lake City, Utah; several nieces and a nephew. Karen was preceded in death by her parents.
