Jeri Elliott, 73, of Webster City died Wednesday, March 8, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Asbury United Methodist Church. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with serving the family.
Jeri Sue Elliott, daughter of Wendell and LaVonne (Snell) Elliott, was born October 20, 1949 in Webster City. She graduated from Webster City high school in 1968, Drake University and Iowa State University. She worked as a pharmacist in Des Moines, before becoming a veterinarian. Jeri cared for many animals in the Hamilton County area. She was a founding member of the 4H foundation, Hamilton County Saddle Club, and served as the 4H horse project leader for the Hamilton County Fair. Jeri enjoyed raising show hogs with her Dad and helping many kids and families with their livestock.
She is survived by her sister, Kris (Jim) Hallenberg of Plymouth, MN; nephews, Weston Hallenberg and Blake (Megan Langer) Hallenberg.
Jeri was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Dave Peterson.
