Jackie Goebel, 78, of Vincent died Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Fort Dodge Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 1, 2024 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
Jacquelyn Kay Blair, daughter of John and Dorothy Hall Blair, was born November 6, 1945 in Webster City. She graduated from Webster City high school in 1964. She was united in marriage in May of 1965 to Dick Gregory. To this union two daughters were born. The couple later divorced. Jackie married Leo Goebel on June 27, 1987. She worked for Beam Industries for 33 years.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Leo; daughters, Sherry (Ray) Girard of Winchester, NH, Sandy (Bob) Weldon of Quimby, IA; son, Joe (Kiane) Goebel of Coon Rapids, IA and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Martha Fisher.
She was a past member of Trinty Lutheran Church in Webster City. Jackie enjoyed crafts, collecting teddy bears, reading and making cutout sugar cookies with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to car shows and looking at Christmas lights with Leo.
