Howard Myers, 84, of Webster City died Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Southfield Wellness Community. No services will be held at this time. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with caring for the family.
Howard Eugene Myers, son of Donald and Esther Corneilson Myers, was born January 6, 1936 in Nevada. He graduated from Nevada High School and received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. Howard went on to the University of Iowa School of Law, graduating in 1963. He married Kaye Erickson. To this union two sons were born. The couple later divorced. Howard was an attorney in Webster City for 35+ years, and was a partner with Hemingway, Myers, Bottorff, and Van Doren. He retired in 2000.
He is survived by his sons, Todd Myers of Mississippi, Eric Myers of Coral Springs, FL; grandchildren, Marissa, Matt, Boone, Hannah, and Olivia; great-grandson, Reign and sister, Karen (Jeff) Larsen of State Center.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Larry Myers, Marylyn Trees; Bob Myers and Donna Arnold.
