Eleanor Ford

Eleanor J. Ford, 95 of Pueblo, CO passed away at home with family on March 16, 2025. She was born in Eagle Grove, IA to Bernice R. and Sue I. (Jones) Markwardt, Sr. She married Perry T. Ford in 1948 in Webster City, IA and the family moved to Denver, CO in 1967. She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; sons Larry D. Ford and Jerry R. Ford; daughter Dorothy J. Wood and grandson Clifford K. Worline. Eleanor is survived by daughter Linda (Phil) Reinpold; daughter-in-law Dolores Ford; grandchildren Scott Walter, Shawn (Stephanie), Eric Ford, Mathew (Maggie) Worline; great grandchildren Hunter Ford, Hailey Ford and Michael Ford; and brother Bernice R. (Clarice) Markwardt, Jr. Eleanor was a volunteer with Parkview Hospital, Albuquerque Performing Arts and did VFW hospital work. She loved life, shopping, travel and was a very caring person to family and friends always thinking of others and was known as Miss Ellie. She will be remembered and dearly missed. Funeral services will be on April 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Christ in Webster City, IA with a visitation one hour before the service. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.
