Donna Wildt

Donna Wildt, 83, of Stanhope died Friday, March 1, 2024 at Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. Private family services will be held at a later time. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is serving the family.
Donna Kaye Fister, daughter of Roland and Mary (Kendall) Fister, was born February 7, 1941 in Jefferson. She graduated from Lincoln High in Webster City. On January 24, 1959, Donna was united in marriage to Wallace K. Wildt Sr. in Omaha, Nebraska. The couple lived in Webster City until 1968, when they moved to Stanhope. She worked for many years as a surveyor for Farm Journal.
She is survived by her children, Sherryl Thompson of Des Moines, Mike Wildt of Ames, Sandra Young of Stanhope; Ty Wildt of South Carolina, Austin Wildt of Webster City; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia Fister of Jackson, MN, Betty Haga of Scottsville, VA; brother, Jim (Cindy) Andreson of Fort Dodge; sisters-in-law, Sonja Fister of Norfolk, NE, Janet Fister of Webster City and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Wally; son, Kenny Wildt; daughters, Karlotta Venegas, Peggy Wildt; grandchildren, Nichole Young, Daniel and Peta Carter; her parents, Roland and Mary; brothers, Roland Fister and Russell Fister and nephew, Rusty Fister.
Donna loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, watching wrestling, and playing Super Mario and Tetris video games.
