Donna Longhenry

Donna Longhenry, 94, of Webster City died Sunday, August 2, 2026 at Southfield Wellness and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Asbury United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Cass Center Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Foster Funeral & Cremation Center is caring for Donna and her family.

Donna Mae White, daughter of William and Betsy (Rose) White, was born April 6, 1932 in Hamilton County, Iowa the third child of five girls. She attended rural country school. On August 19, 1950. Donna was united in marriage to Melvin Arthur Longhenry at the Duncombe Methodist Church. To this union two children were born, Dennis and Karla. They lived in Webster City before moving to the farm at 1961 North Stonega Avenue, Webster City. She was a housewife who enjoyed shopping, gardening vegetables and flowers and baking.

She is survived by her son, Dennis (Anita) Longhenry of Webster City; grandchildren, Chrissi (Josh) Buchanan of Denver, Kate (Tony) Haisman of Polk City, Kandice Keenan and Kendall (Jenny) Keenan both of Webster City; great-grandchildren, Lucas, Emily, Ty, Ava, Alex, Xavier, Konner, Mason; son-in-law, Rick Keenan of Stratford; sister, Jeanine Smith of Marshalltown; brother-in-law, Curt (Sherry) Longhenry of Mountain Home, AR; sister-in-law, Lillie Longhenry of Ogden and many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband Melvin; her parents; daughter, Karla Keenan; siblings, Doris (Melvin) Daniels, Ellen (Glen) Hansen, Ruth Dutcher; sisters-in-law, Marilyn McKee, Dee Kastler, Eileen (Jack) Horn, Alice (Lyle) Westrum, Kenny Longhenry; brothers-in-law, Louie Smith; nephews, Mike Hansen, Dan Hansen, David Hansen, Allen Longhenry and niece, Debbie Dutcher.
