Delores Bordwell

Delores Bordwell, 72, of Boone, died Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center in Webster City. Delores Arlene Raner, the daughter of Walter and Lena Olmstead Raner was born July 9, 1943 in Webster City. She graduated from Webster City High School. She married Charles Bordwell on April 24, 1965 in Webster City. Delores is survived by her husband, Charles of Boone; son, Steven (Jennifer) Bordwell of Huxley; nine grandchildren, Joslyn, Alivia, Shawna, Shelby, Stephanie, Casey, Aaron, Amber, Caleb, and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Bordwell.
