Dean Eugene Louk, son of Keith and Jeanne DeWitt Louk was born on June 1, 1953 in Jefferson, Iowa. He received his education and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1973. On February 6, 1976, he married Jean Marie Fuller in Fort Dodge. The couple resided in Perry, IA, until 1985 when the family moved to Arizona, where Dean owned and operated his own landscaping company. In 1993, Dean started working at Chris Auto Body & Landscaping in Webster City, IA until July of 2005 when he retired due to his failing health. Dean is survived by his wife, Jean; sons, Jayson Louk of Fort Dodge, Chris Louk and fiance Angie Webb of Webster City; daughter, Mindy Louk and fiancé Jamie Simmons of Fort Dodge; grandchildren, Taylor, Richard, Joey, Dylan, Shelby, Austin, Alexis, Brayden, Carson and Jazmine; and one sister, Nancy McClintock & husband Hubert of Perry. He was preceded in death by his parents. Dean was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Webster City. His memberships also included the Barber Shop Harmony Brigade and Corpus Christi Choir both in Fort Dodge. Dean's hobbies included riding motorcycles, restoring old cars, collecting model trains and singing. He also enjoyed his fish aquariums.
