Cynthia Dawn Hewitt, the daughter of Samuel and Connie Brown Hewitt, was born July 26, 1964 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She married David Otto Wills on March 10, 2000 in Cody, Wyoming. Cynthia is survived by her husband, David of Stanhope, son, David P. Wills of Stanhope; four sisters and three brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents.
