Obituary for Wanda E Dingman

Wanda Dingman, 98, of Webster City died Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Fort Dodge Nursing and Rehab. She was cremated and a private family burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery in the Spring of 2023. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.

Wanda Edith Smith, daughter of Arnold and Effie (Fleenor) Smith, was born August 15, 1924 in Scott County, Virginia. She graduated from Lincoln High in Webster City. On June 30, 1943, Wanda was united in marriage to Harley L. Dingman in Bethany, Missouri.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Dingman of Webster City; daughter-in-law, Carlene (the late Mike) Dingman of Webster City; grandchildren, Anne Dingman, Amy (Adama) Kante, JoRae Dingman, Staci Dingman, Chad Dingman; brother, Arnold “Bud” Smith Jr. of Manson and sister, Norma Schutt of Jefferson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley in 1986; sons, Michael Dingman, Blaine Dingman; grandson, Moses Vannoni; sisters, Audrey Hutson, Betty Burke, Lynda Brown, and Nancy Smith.
