Obituary for Terri A Christian
Terri Christian, 55, of Fort Dodge died Monday, October 10, 2022 at Van Diest Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
Theresa Ann Christian, daughter of William and Pat (Short) Wojcik, was born September 21, 1967 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended school in Minnesota and Webster City. She studied accounting at Iowa Central Community College. On July 11, 1987, Terri was united in marriage to Mark L. Christian in Woolstock. Over the years, she worked for various Webster City businesses – F&F, 2nd Street Emporium, Van Diest Supply and Electrolux. Most recently she was employed with Applebee’s and Community Tap in Fort Dodge.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Mark; children, Jeanine (Shane) Nokes of Webster City, Christina (Tim) Mapel of Fort Dodge, Mark Christian of Fort Dodge, Stephanie (Chad) LaSourd of Webster City; grandchildren, Colin and Pedro Ruiz, Ryan Nokes, Kylee, Haydi n, Gage, Colden, Aria, and Letti Mapel, Kinnick and Jace LaSourd; brother, Derrick (Rick) Wojcik-Damers of Los Angeles, CA; brother-in-law, Marty (Shelley) Christian of Webster City; sister-in-law, Margie Eller of Webster City.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Pat; step-father, Larry Campeau; mother-in-law, Marie Ann Christian; sister-in-law, Isobel Christian and brother-in-law, Marvin “Butch” Christian.
She was a member of the Prince of Peace Church in Fort Dodge. She loved to cheer on the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins and her favorite thing to do was spend time with family and friends.
