Obituary for Richard Sager
Richard Sager, age 78 of Webster City, IA, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Webster City. He will be buried at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City under the direction of Foster Funeral & Cremation Center.
Richard Dennis Sager was born on January 14, 1944, to parents Richard and Bette (Dark) Sager in St. Paul, MN. He grew up and attended school in St. Paul. Richard worked at Midway Hotel in St. Paul for over twenty years and held various other jobs. In 2017, Richard moved to Webster City.
He loved watching football, gardening, and Richard's most prized possession was his bright canary yellow Chevy Camaro. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Richard is survived by two aunts, Dorothy Mailander of Webster City and Ellen Harding of Australia; several cousins, other extended family members, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother, Jon Martineau.
