Obituary for Pauline Seiser
Pauline Seiser, 69, of Des Moines died Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Manor Care in West Des Moines after battling cancer. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center in Webster City. A private burial will be in the Saratoga Cemetery.
Pauline Marie Long, daughter of Paul and Gladys (Rungee) Long, was born October 5, 1952 in Manning, Iowa. She graduated from South Hamilton High School in Jewell. She received her Child Care certificate from Des Moines Area Community College. Pauline was united in marriage to Norman Lee Seiser on July 2, 1993 at Briggs Woods in Webster City. Over the years she had worked for Browns Café, Groves Law and operated her own home daycare.
She is survived by her husband, Norman of Des Moines; grandchildren, Jeffrey Long, Deven Anderson, Christian Combs, and Sky Anderson; four great-grandchildren; sister, Susan (Bill) Griffin of Lewis; brothers, Terry Long of Webster City and Floyd (Mariam) Long of Webster City.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy Long.
