Patricia West, 86, of Duncombe died Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Van Diest Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Patricia Illene West, daughter of Elwood and Thelma (Heidick) Bentley, was born March 2, 1936 in Webster City. She graduated from Lincoln High School. On December 25, 1956 Patricia was united in marriage to Johnny West Jr. in Webster City. The couple resided on a farm near Duncombe.
She is survived by her children, Cheryl and Bill Davis of Groves, TX, Larry West of Webster City, Brenda Fortune of Woolstock, Gary and Tina West of Duncombe, Illene West of Webster City, Johnny and Brenda West of Webster City; grandchildren, Jennifer Fortune and Kyle West; great-granddaughter, Hailey Johnson; brother, Clair and Mary Bentley of Brushy; sister, Virginia and Fred Nulle of Webster City and sister-in-law, Barbara Bentley of Blue Earth, MN.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny in 2003; infant son, Michael W. West in 1966; her parents, Elwood and Thelma; brother, Elwood “Sonny” Bentley; son-in-law, Ronald Fortune and nephew, Brad Nulle.
