Obituary for Patricia A Peterman
Patricia Peterman, 86, of Webster City died Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Visitation will be Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with a scripture service at 7:00 pm with Deacon Jim Berger. A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, August 5, 2022 at the Ed Prince Building at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. A private family burial will be at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Fort Dodge.
Patricia Ann Berger, daughter of Paul and Sarah (Tennent) Berger, was born June 17, 1936 in Oelwein, Iowa. She graduated in 1954 from Sacred Heart Catholic School in Oelwein. On November 15, 1958, Patricia was united in marriage to Kenneth Harold Peterman at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oelwein. The couple resided west of Webster City on a farm where they raised their children.
She is survived by her sons, Dan (Jen) Peterman of Webster City, Kent (Nancy) Peterman of Wisconsin; daughter, Connie (Robert) Burns of Earlham; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Jim (Sue) Berger of Cedar Rapids; her fur baby, Libby and several nieces and nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth in 2000; her parents, Paul and Sarah; son, Steven Peterman and brother, Ed Berger.
She was a past member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Duncombe. Patricia loved to quilt and enjoyed nature, especially the cardinals and goldfinches.
