Obituary for Kenneth Hanson

Kenny Hanson, 66, of Webster City died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Unity Point -Trinity Regional Hospital in Fort Dodge. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Lawn Hill Cemetery, southeast of Stanhope. Foster Funeral & Cremation Center is entrusted with serving the family.
Kenneth Eugene Hanson, son of Dale and Margaret (Hill) Hanson, was born August 21, 1954 in Webster City. He graduated from South Hamilton High School in 1973. He was united in marriage to Trudy Heers in Jewell. To this union, three boys were born. The couple later divorced. On April 21, 2001 he married Connie Lindstrom in Apache Junction, AZ. The couple later divorced. Kenny farmed for many years with his father. Over the years he drove school bus for South Hamilton School District, worked for North Central Turf, and helped Kurt Miller with farming. Kenny enjoyed golfing and was a jack of all trades. There was nothing he couldn’t fix.
He is survived by his sons, Dustin (Courtney) Hanson of Georgetown, TX, Drew (Ashley) Hanson of Flint, TX, Devan (Sara) Hanson of Stephenville, TX; grandchildren, Dylan, Connor, Hunter, Ethan, David, Danielle; sisters, Sheri (Steve Nibe) Severson of Story City, Dalene Hanson of Stanhope; nephew, Seth (Willow) Hill and their children Jackson, Calvin, Olivia; nephew, Jake (Maddie) Severson and their son Emmett; life-long partner, Connie Lindstrom of Webster City; step-children, Jeff (Robin) Deimerly, Andrea Jones, Joshua (Shyla) Jones and step-grandchildren, Vivienne, Olivia, Mia, Owen, Breanna, Bryce.
Kenny is preceded in death by his parents.
