Obituary for Janice Bettenga
Janice Bettenga, 79, of Williams, died Monday June 1, 2020 at her home. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2020 held at St. Mary’s Cemetery near Williams, with Father Rick Dagit, officiating. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is serving the family.
Janice Irene Doyle, daughter of Leslie and Lila (Ricke) Doyle, was born March 12, 1941 in Williams. She graduated from Williams High School in 1959. On November 12, 1960 Janice was united in marriage to George H. Bettenga in Ames.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Bettenga of Williams; son, Jeff (Lori) Bettenga of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Capri (Nic) Duffee, Jacob Bettenga; sister, Colleen Dagit of Williams and many extended family.
Janice is preceded in death by her husband, George; infant son, Barry Bettenga; her parents, Leslie and Lila; brother, Ronald Doyle and brother-in-law, Lowell Dagit.
