Gage Burney, 19, of Webster City passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, December 5, 2022 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
Gage Robert Burney, son of Jason Burney and Jennifer Wilson Burney, was born February 1, 2003 in Webster City. He graduated from Webster City High School in 2021. He was employed with K &H Corporation as an electrician. Gage had a passion for being an electrician. He enjoyed playing video games, spending time with friends, drawing and hunting.
He is survived by his parents, Jason (Britne) Burney, Jennifer (Kenny Harris) Burney all of Webster City; siblings, Mackenzie Burney, Jayde Bertran, Carson Bertran; grandparents, Cheryl Burney of Webster City, Robert (Lynn) Wilson of Fort Dodge, Marcy Bertran of Webster City; great-grandmothers, Jan Lamson of Greenville, NC, Sue Erickson of Eagle Grove; his beloved cat, Simba; aunt, Jamie (Todd Vesterby) Johnson; uncles, Chris (Teri) Burney, Todd (Angel) Wilson, Jake (Kelly) Wilson, Cody (Katie) Bertran, Bill (Colette) Bertran and many extended family members and friends.
Gage was preceded in death by grandfathers, Robert “Papa” Burney, Bill Bertran; great-grandfathers, Ed Lamson, LeRoy Erickson and great-grandma, Myra Bruinekool.
