I have so many great memories of Don! He was like another grandpa to me. He always made you feel like his home was your home. You could show up anytime of the day and you were always welcome and you could stay as long as you wanted to visit. What a special place and support system to have while growing up!

He was such a hard worker and I loved working with him cleaning the floors at the truck stop. While I didn't love the work I enjoyed the time I got to spend with Don and the conversations we would have. And I loved his laugh! I could go on and on about Don.
See you soon Don! The paradise is just around the corner where we will meet again.

With all my love

He was such a loving, caring and giving person. After I got married he and Eileen let my family live in his basement rent free for months. He always cared for my family and those close to me. Giving me work, advice and direction. Until I see you again Don in the paradise. You will be missed.
