Obituary for Allen "Cat" Fox

Allen “Cat” Fox, 69, of Webster City died Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Burial will take place at a later date.
Allen Kent Fox, son of Allen and Ellenor (Flower) Fox, was born April 12, 1952 in Jefferson, Iowa. He graduated from Paton-Churdan High School in 1970. Allen served in the United States Marines from 1971-1972 and was a field radio operator in Okinawa, Japan.
In 1980, he was united in marriage to Lisa Fike. To this union, three children were born. The couple later divorced. Cat worked for B&E Construction in Eagle Grove for many years.
He is survived by his daughter, Allisa (Adam Thompson) Fox of Webster City; son, Ben (Amanda) Fox of Webster City; bonus children, Jared (LeAnn) Carr of Manson, Levi Whitmer of Lehigh; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jaxon, Harlow, Azlyn; bonus grandchildren, Mason and Brenleigh; brothers, Rick (Cathy) Fox of Sioux City, Randy (Joy) Fox of Jefferson; sister, Kris (Steve) Forst of Des Moines and many extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Cat is preceded by his infant daughter, Amanda Fox and brother, Rodney Fox.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #191. He was an avid PBR collector, enjoyed riding his Harley, spending time -and joking- with his friends. And above all, he loved his kids and being a Papa.
